India has held state and regional drone conferences. It has not yet built a global gateway — one platform where international buyers, manufacturers and investors meet Indian capability. The Global Drone Summit 2027 converts India's drone capability into competitive manufacturing, exports and public-service deployment, anchored in Gujarat.

The countries that build capability now will supply the rest for two decades
Unmanned systems now decide reconnaissance and defence in active conflicts, while survey, surveillance, agriculture, forestry, mining and disaster response move to drones across every sector. For India this is a challenge and an opportunity at the same time.
